Photo A Day - REVIVED!!
I took on this project long ago, and it kind of got lost when I started getting into food blogging. Now I'm back, and ready to start again! A few new rules this time around:
1 - Photo doesn't have to be taken every day - I can take one from archives. I'd rather have quality than to feel like I just have to put up a horrible photo one day.
2 - Words or no words - it doesn't matter!
3 - 1 photo, 2 photos, or even more - I'm not limited to just one photo a day.
4 - This is my place to learn and grow. Constructive criticism is welcome.

I love the idea of taking a photo a day for a year! My husband is a photographer (due to MOI, long story :) ). Anyhow, I've always wanted to start taking my own photographs. Perhaps, this would be a great start for me. Well done to you!
My tip is to always zoom in! This does two things: it adds focus to the subject of your photo (ie. is the dog the subject or the things around him?) and the more zoom you use, the more out of focus everything besides the subject becomes. That's what will give your photos a professional look. So, with the flowers, I would step WAY back and then zoom way in- you'll get a dramatic look. Play with this and I think you'll see what I mean.
