So I am now going to try to attend Pilates twice a week at the gym. I used to do Pilates all of the time from home, but I decided I needed a change in my workout schedule. I am an early riser - 5:30 at the gym every morning - so it is hard for me to go to classes in the evening. But I had a lot of fun today - I'm definitely going to try to keep this up!
