I am so excited!! I planted some basil, and it is starting to sprout. I am hoping to have an herb garden this year, so I started this inside in hopes of transplanting it when the weather warms up. I can't wait for fresh basil! Oh, the possibilities.....

Day 105
So I am now going to try to attend Pilates twice a week at the gym. I used to do Pilates all of the time from home, but I decided I needed a change in my workout schedule. I am an early riser - 5:30 at the gym every morning - so it is hard for me to go to classes in the evening. But I had a lot of fun today - I'm definitely going to try to keep this up!

Cereal again? It was a really lazy day, which was actually quite nice. We ate cereal. Again. Which I can't really complain about, because I didn't have to cook anything, and when you are being lazy, the last thing you want to do is cook dinner!!!

I just can't seem to get over this cold. I actually went home from work today because I couldn't stop sneezing and my eyes would water and I looked like I had been crying all day. I have been resting all day, so hopefully I can't beat this and have a great weekend!

Day 100
I have a great idea for one of my self portraits, but I am still a bit under the weather to actually go out and execute it. So I thought I'd try the already done spinning picture. I do have to admit, I wasn't in a very good mood before doing this shot, but this was a lot of fun! I felt like a child again, spinning in the chair (even though it gave me a bit of a headache!)

Day 99
I have really been wanting to travel somewhere lately. I am a scrapbooker, and have been working on my 2004 pages (I know I'm behind!!) and I did a lot of traveling that year. I was still single, and for some reason, it's a lot easier to find the money to go places when you are single. I also just had a co-worker return from a trip to NYC, and I love that city. I can't wait until we can plan a trip and go somewhere. I think I have the winter blues.

You've gotta love the generic names....I don't know why, but this made me laugh.
My husband bought me this today because I have been under the weather. I hate colds, and I'm such a baby when I get sick. I've never tried Airborne (or this generic) but I really hope it works!!!

The weather has been so nice the last couple days - it feels like springtime outside. Nice enough to sit out in the grass with the dog wearing short sleeves and flip-flops. I know that we'll probably have cold weather move in next week and ruin everything, but this really makes me look forward to springtime!!

I love long weekends!!! I am so looking forward to not going back to work until Tuesday. I am going to take time and be lazy and get some things done around the house.
I know this is a bit dark - I should have taken it a bit earlier when I had some natural lighting to work with, but a trip to Costco took much longer than expected.

Day 89
Today is Max's first birthday, and first birthday cake as well!! We thought he would just go at it, but he mostly liked to eat the treats off the top and lick the frosting. It was cute, though. He finally got into the cake and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Day 88
I know this is not the best picture, but I am so tired!!! I work a part time job from home - usually about 20 hours a month. Well, to make a long story short, I had a program on my computer crash last week, and I had to uninstall the whole program and reinstall, losing half of my work. I know - I'm a dummy for not having a backup!!! So it has been a very long week. Not only did I work my 40 hour a week job, but I have been up every night until midnight and all day today, and I'm still not finished. I'm so tired of looking at a computer screen, and the numbers are not making so much sense anymore. I think I'm going to bed for the night.

I went to visit a co-worker tonight who had a baby 2 weeks ago. What a cutie!! He was so tiny. I was sad to not get a great photo of him - he was sleeping, then fussing the whole time until I left. But now my biological clock is ticking away.....

Yes, I had Fruity Lucky Charms for dinner. I have been fighting a computer that won't run a program I use for my part-time-at-home job. Not good when taxes are right around the corner. I don't have the energy to find much else for dinner. Plus, they were on sale for $1 a box - you can't beat that!!!

I just realized today that I hadn't done my self portrait for the week. So I actually half-way did my hair and my make-up (although I usually don't on Saturdays because I'm usually just home all day.) I have it out of the way, and I can go back to my daily duties!!
