Day 160
One of the best (and most colorful) salads ever! Just baby spinach, red cabbage, red bell pepper, carrots, sunflower seeds and some feta cheese. Top with a grilled chicken breast for some protein and some balsamic vinaigrette. YUM!

Day 155
I took Max for a walk and couldn't help but snap some pictures of the beautiful Spring flowers. It was still a little chilly out, but getting out into the sunshine felt great, and Max loved it too!! (Although I think Max taking me for a walk is more accurate!!

Day 154
I didn't cook anything today!! I tried to get caught up on some work that I have been neglecting - so there's a picture of my puppy today! Photo quality is a little poor, but I didn't have my tripod out. This is Max's favorite spot to sleep during the day. He is close enough to the window so that he can look out if he hears any noises, and it's so soft!!

I've been trying to enjoy the beautiful Springtime! I love all of the flowers and all of the colors they bring to the season. So much better than the brown, dead, ugly look that we are leaving behind!

Day 146
I worked 13 hours yesterday, and thought that I had forgotten to take my picture for the day. Then, when I was uploading some pictures today, I discovered this photo that I had forgotten I took! Sometimes when I work, Max likes to sleep by my feet. I looked down at one point and saw the crazy position he was sleeping in, and grabbed my camera so that I could show my husband. What a crazy pup!
